Our main 500 ft long "S" dock, that lies east - west, gives yachts alongside depths of between 16 and 18ft in the most pristine Caribbean waters imaginable These state of the art floating docks utilise big units of high strength concrete with thick walls and steel reinforcements. The method of huge sand screws and anchoring systems ensure that the mooring loads are distributed evenly and extremely strongly throughout the seabed.
As a result, our docks feel as solid and stable as walking on dry land.
At 5m wide there is ample space and room to move and be comfortable.
The floating finger pier Dock "B" attached to it and running to the north, measures 180ft long and 3m wide with 16 ft depth providing ample room for boats of all sizes.
Flexibility of layout ensures that our facility can currently hold approx 120 40 ft cruisers.
Depths of up to 18ft means that we can accommodate a number of Maxi sized Deep Keel Racers and our 500 ft long concrete dock means we can accommodate some of the biggest Mega Yachts around. But before we start accepting all you Mega’s out there, you’ll have to give us a little time to complete our supporting infrastructure which is still a work in progress at this time.

- 220v & 110v single phase, all at 50 Hz
WiFi, Water and Fuel are available land side and will soon be available at all the docks.
